With the Doraemon Itazura Piggy Bank you can save your money in perhaps the most awesome way possible, especially if you are a Japanese manga or anime fan. Place a coin on the yellow plate and Doraemon will open the lid and reach out to take your money! The toy is designed to take Japanese coins (such as the large 500 yen coin) but should also accept similarly sized currency. Doraemon will also speak to you (in the same voice as the anime) when you put the coin on the plate and when Doraemon opens the lid, takes the coin, and closes the lid again.
